Ken joined Davis Coffer Lyons in January 2006 bringing with him some 15 years of leisure property experience. His roles have included estate management and acquisitions of public houses, branded restaurants, hotels, evening entertainment venues and health and fitness clubs.
At DCL Ken specialises in licensed and leisure property valuations from single owner operations to major national portfolios and he has undertaken a variety of valuations on behalf of the major clearing banks, brokers and multiples as well as private owner operators.
Ken regularly acts as Expert Witness in property litigation and negligence cases and provides advice for creditors in connection with insolvency and corporate recovery.
Ken is a RICS Registered Business Valuer.
