Emma Flather BSC (hons)
Emma is part of the Development Leasing and London Estates team, headed up by Director Tracey Mills. Having joined Davis Coffer Lyons in February 2011, Emma assists the team on leasing leisure operators on behalf of major landowners and developers for mixed-use and retail projects. Emma has prior experience from The Disney Store, where she successfully negotiated rent reviews, renegotiation of current leases and worked in their Real Estate department dealing with the acquisitions throughout England and Europe. Emma has a 2:1 degree in Real Estate Management BSC (hons).
Emma’s interest in the leisure sector stems from her passion for new trends and concepts in the leisure industry. She has a keen interest in equestrian, travelling and sky-diving.
